Prior to concrete pouring into the forms, the reinforcement steel and bolts are prepared according to the consulting party's specifications and installed in the forms to prepare for pouring
The fresh concrete temperature is recorded (requirement: <32°C) immediately before slump measurement according to ASTM C143
Samples are then taken for laboratory testing prior to concrete pouring.
The pouring operation is initiated while employing the concrete vibration equipment.
Quality control testing includes:
3-day compressive strength test (3 cylinders)
28-day compressive strength test (3 cylinders)
To verify compliance with the specified 28 MPa characteristic strength at 28 days per ACI 318 requirements
Foundations receive bitumen waterproofing per specifications prior to installation transfer.
